Welcome to the auction terms.
We try to keep this pretty simple so all can understand.
To register for the auction we require a valid identification such as a drivers license, state produced id or passport. There is no cost for this.
Remember all items are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied. Please avail yourself to preview the items for auction. There are no returns or refunds at auctions.
As with most auctions we require that all items be paid for the day of the auction. Payment terms are cash, cashiers check or approved check. Sorry no Visa or Mastercard at this time.
There is a 10% buyers premium at most auctions. This means if you bid $10.00 for an item at check out your costs will be $11.00 plus sales tax if required for the auction location.
Removal of purchases is the responsibility of the buyer. Once the hammer falls and the auctioneer anounces sold its your item. You have entered into a contract to purchase the item.
